The rustic patio with breathtaking views was truly the highlight of our stay! 🌄 Although we missed having a TV in the room, the peacefulness of the countryside made up for it.

This place was a great match for a short stint in Newbury with decent value for money. The overhead lights were a bit bright, but I managed to enjoy my time comfortably. Just make sure to bring a lamp if you're staying in a lower room.

No air conditioning means warm nights!!! The entrance visibility could use improvement to assist late arrivals too!!!

had a lovely stay at the pot kiln hotel! the room was super comfy with a big cozy bed and good linens. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside with great pathways for evening walks. the bathroom was spacious and had a good shower. breakfast was a nice spread too!
however, we had a bit of a hassle getting food after a long day out as the restaurant closed early. and the lack of a tv in the room was kinda disappointing.

the pot kiln is in such a beautifull location in the countryside, really nice pub vibe and the food is awsome! breakfast was great with lots of options, tea and coffee was served fresh. room was comfy with all neccessary stuff like kettle and hairdryer. no tv, but we liked it! listening to nature was calming instead of a tv blaring.

We had a fantastic dinner with the venison that just melted in the mouth, trust me, it was incredible! The service was top-notch, staff really cared about us and even went out of their way to fix a meal when my partner asked about options not on the menu.
It wasn’t inexpensive though you get what you pay for.
